To continue the theme of hand rendering for my imagery I decided to colour each animal using pro makrers and then scan these in so they can be edited. I've gone for the usual neutral colours that the animals are but feel that the background colour and any other colour I utilise throughout my designs will enhance the overall outcome and brighten it up. The style of the imagery along with the colouring creates a design that could be enjoyed by both a younger and older target audience because they have the fun feel to them but then the colour brings them back into perspective. I'm pretty happy with the designs at this stage, the colour really brings them to life.
