Yearbook; contacting Duncan.

Once I'd made the ammendments to the yearbook and added in the new images we went and met Duncan to show him the 'final' product and make sure he was happy with it. We did have the slight issue that when we added in these additional images the PDF went from 5MB to something like 5.6MB when we'd been advised to try and keep it below 5MB. When I spoke to a tutor about this they suggested showing Duncan a high and low res version to see what he thought. I noticed the image quality (ever so slight) difference but when I discussed this with Duncan he said he was quite happy with both the high res and low res version so it didn't really matter. He said it would be good to have both so theres one for the website and also one they could have to hand to send out via email. The good thing about the low res is also that it could be viewed on smart phones etc which people tend to use a lot nowadays. Duncan said if we sent him a copy of both the high and low res yearbooks then he would be happy to sign this off.
