Post easter yearbook meeting.

At this point we have the majority of the copy off Duncan but there are a few things still to come for this. Over easter we discussed whose cover design we liked the best and decided to go with Kirsty's because it's bright, bold and stands out. We also decided that Claudia would deal with the layout of the yearbook because this was taking longer than anticipated so it didn't make sense for everyone to be doing it. Sophie would then format the copy once it was placed in. 

We need an updated prize list. 
If there are any aknowledgements going to be made, we need to know what these are. 
Duncan's contact details need to be included. 
Final website address' for everyone included in the yearbook. 
Tutor names.
Alumni.

I'm going to work on the quotes and consider the layout of these. There are four quote pages within the yearbook. 
I need to consider the colours used within the quote pages too. 
Kirsty is going to do a few tweeks to the cover that we have discussed between ourselves. 
Sophie is going to sort out who is going to be placed where in the yearbook in terms of students and chase up the content that we are missing. 
Claudia will continue with the layout design and content in terms of deciding where everything is going to go. 
Sophie will pick names out of a hat for the order of the student work so that this is fair. 
I need to personally consider how I am going to extend the yearbook as it is one of my main briefs. 

We've got Jessie from photography doing the photoshoot for us so we have a professional eye to get the best possible images. 
For the photoshoot we need; 
studio shots
a group shot of the course
a mixture of booth shots and things hung up 

We're going to have post it note friday at 9.30am to see if there is any work we would like people to keep out for the photoshoot in particular. 
I need to have my contribution sorted by wednesday.
